DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between Masela Moda Stüdyo Tekstil A.Ş. (“Company”), located at Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Astoria No:127B Şişli / Istanbul, and the Customer (“Customer” or “Consumer”) who purchases products from the Company’s website www.laline.com.tr.

ARTICLE 2 – FORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
By confirming this Agreement on the website, the Customer declares acceptance of all its provisions. The Agreement enters into force upon the Customer's confirmation of the order. The Parties declare that they accept the provisions of the Agreement of their own free will, that it contains no unfair terms, and that it complies with applicable laws.

ARTICLE 3 – SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Customer from the Company’s website. It has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant legislation.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The products ordered by the Customer are produced in accordance with the Customer’s personal requests and measurements. Therefore, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal under the Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

However, prioritizing customer satisfaction, the Company accepts returns of even custom-made products within 7 (seven) business days from the delivery date, provided they are unused, resellable, and comply with the return policy.

ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer during the order process. Delivery is made within legal timeframes, depending on stock status and product nature. Deliveries are carried out by the Company’s contracted courier company. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or the absence of the recipient at the address. If the Customer is not present at the given address, the order will not be left at another location. The Customer accepts the legal consequences of providing an address where they are not present.

ARTICLE 9 – PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT
By confirming the order, the Customer accepts the obligation to pay the product price and, if applicable, the shipping fee. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods offered by the Company. Products will not be shipped until the payment is completed.

ARTICLE 10 – CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company undertakes to process and protect the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Details about the processing of personal data can be found in the Clarification Text available on the website.

ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, Turkey Consumer Arbitration Committees and Turkey Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12 – ENFORCEMENT
The Customer declares that they have read and approved this Agreement electronically on the website and accept all of its provisions. The Agreement comes into force on the date it is approved by the Customer.
