UAE Return & Exchange Policy
The following return and exchange conditions apply to our customers in the United Arab Emirates.
Return Period
You may return your purchased item within 14 days from the delivery date. A longer period is provided compared to our domestic policy, taking international shipping times into account.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused with all original tags intact.
- The item must be returned in its original protective pouch and packaging.
- Items with damage, stains, deformation, or perfume odor will not be accepted for return.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Return Process
- Complete the return form on our website in full.
- Once your request is approved, return shipping instructions will be sent via email.
- Ship the item to the specified address.
- The return will be processed after the item reaches us and passes inspection.
Shipping Costs
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked courier service such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex for return shipments.
Size Exchange
You may request a size exchange by contacting us within 14 days from the delivery date. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs & Duties
Customs duties paid on returned items are subject to the customs regulations of the respective country. Laline is not responsible for the refund of customs duties paid upon delivery.
Discounted Items
Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for returns; exchanges may be available based on stock.
Refunds
Once the return is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. This period may be extended due to international banking processes.
